Returns Policy

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you cannot cancel it anymore. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation requests must be sent within 12 hours for us to guarantee the cancellation before the order is processed.



At Auto Merch Store, we prioritize your satisfaction. We want you to shop confidently, which is why we offer satisfaction guarantees to ensure that you receive your item on time and as described.


We guarantee the following for all shoppers on our website:


Full refund if you do not receive your order

– Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (15 business days)

– Full or partial refund if the item is not as described or is damaged

– Full refund if you do not want the product you received (but you must first return the unused item at your expense).


Please note that full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:


Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. incorrect shipping address)

– Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)


You can submit refund requests within 15 business days after placing your order. To initiate a refund, please send us a message on the Contact Us page. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and credit your card or original method of payment within a 10-day timeframe.


Easy Returns:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or a refund. If you wish to return a purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

You have the right to return your order within 10 calendar days starting from the day you received your package. The product must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging, if possible, with all its accessories and packaged components.

If you are returning the order for personal reasons, such as “I didn’t like the color/quality” or “I changed my mind,” shipping costs will be your responsibility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.


How To Return An Item:

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the steps mentioned below:


1. Firstly, send us a photo of the products you received along with the return request at support@automerchstore.com

2. After receiving our response email, return the item to the address provided within 15 calendar days and share the tracking number with us after shipping the item.

3. Please refrain from returning your purchase unless we authorize you to do so.
